Subdivision Applications

Lorraine Elliott Planning Services is able to prepare and lodge a subdivision application for small to large subdivisions in residential, industrial, commercial and rural locations throughout WA.

The business would complete the online form and prepare a planning report to justify the application, including a Liveable Neighbourhoods assessment (if required). The business would obtain and review other technical reports and work with the urban designer and/or surveyor to prepare the best subdivision plan.

Following lodgement, the business would monitor progress of the subdivision application until determination. All actions would be undertaken to achieve a positive result. Any draft subdivision conditions would be reviewed and negotiated with government agencies to achieve the best outcome for the client.
