Local & Region Planning Scheme Amendments

Lorraine Elliott Planning Services is able to prepare and lodge documents to support and justify a local or region planning scheme amendment (rezoning or text amendment) for a variety of land uses and developments.

As part of the process, the business would work with other consultants to prepare technical reports, if required to support the amendment. The business would compile all technical reports, plans and statutory documentation into a co-ordinated document and lodge with the relevant local government.

As part of the second phase, the business would monitor progress of the amendment by liaising with government agencies, responding to any issues raised through the advertising process and amending the documentation, if required. At all stages through the process, the client would be kept informed of progress and any issues.
