Local Development Plans

Lorraine Elliott Planning Services is able to prepare and lodge a Local Development Plan (LDP) to guide development in a residential, industrial or commercial land use context.

The business would prepare detailed planning provisions to guide the development form and address site issues, such as the interface with adjoining public open space. The business would work with an urban designer to provide visual layouts on the LDP, assisting with the plan’s implementation.

The second phase would involve monitoring the LDP’s progress until determination. If advertised, the business would respond to any issues raised in submissions. Also, liaison with the relevant local government would be a key part of the second phase to achieve the desired outcome and provide certainty for the future development of the site.
