Structure Plans

Lorraine Elliott Planning Services is able to co-ordinate and prepare reports for a structure plan at district and local levels and for activity centres.

The business is able to understand and problem solve complex development issues and provide critical input into the structure plan design. The business is able to work collaboratively with other consultants in the preparation of technical reports to support the structure plan design, including a bushfire management plan, transport impact assessment and environmental assessment. As the project co-ordinator and planner, the business would be responsible for bringing all reports together into a single structure plan document, ensuring consistency and addressing all relevant elements of the WA Structure Plan Framework Guidelines.

As part of the second phase, the business would monitor progress of the structure plan by liaising with government agencies, responding to any issues raised through the advertising process and amending the documentation, if required. At all stages through the process, the client would be kept informed of progress and any issues.
