Signage Applications

Lorraine Elliott Planning Services is able to prepare and lodge planning and building signage applications for different types of signs for commercial and residential developments.

The business will complete all required forms, prepare the required planning justification and co-ordinate the preparation of sign elevations and certified engineering drawings.

Following lodgement, the business would monitor progress of the signage application until determination and liaise closely with the client and government agencies. Any draft conditions would be reviewed and negotiated with government agencies to achieve the best outcome for the client.
