General Planning Representation
Lorraine Elliott Planning Services provides planning advice and representation for clients in response to nearby development or new planning schemes or policies, which may affect their property.
Planning representation involves one or more of the following:
- liaising with government agencies,
- undertaking planning research and reviewing planning documents,
- preparing and lodging a submission,
- attending and presenting at Council or Development Assessment Panel meetings, and
- negotiating with other consultants or developers on alternative proposals to achieve a better outcome.
