Lorraine Elliott Planning Services is able to undertake a detailed planning investigation of any site to identify planning controls and other related issues that potentially affect the development of the site.

The investigation would include reviewing relevant state and local planning schemes, strategies, structure plans and policies, contacting government agencies, determining all development implications for the site and presenting recommendations for potential development to the client.

If required, the business would work closely with other specialist consultants, such as civil and traffic engineers and environmental scientists, to provide a full overview of all controls and issues affecting the site’s development.
