Developments Applications

Lorraine Elliott Planning Services is able to prepare and lodge a development application for a wide variety of developments and land uses in residential, industrial, commercial and rural locations throughout WA.

The business would complete all required forms and prepare a planning report to justify the application. The business would work closely with other consultants and monitor the preparation of other required technical reports and development drawings and collate all documentation into a single application.

Following lodgement, the business would monitor progress of the development application until determination. All actions would be undertaken to achieve a positive result, including representation at a Council or Development Assessment Panel meeting. Any draft conditions would be reviewed and negotiated with government agencies to achieve the best outcome for the client.
